The comic Kousek od Varyády was created gradually between April 2024 and November 2025, in parallel with the completion of the Varyáda shopping center in Karlovy Vary. Beaver Kousek decides to build his own house and gets up to all sorts of antics along the way, together with his friends from the forest.
